He joined hospitality industry in 2000, he has over 20 years experience in hospitality industry,he has worked with many hotel and resort such as Stop Over Hotel,Parklane Hotel,federal palace hotel, golden tulip hotel,Radisson Blue hotel,Sofitel Moore house hotel,Ibis hotel in different management capacity. He wrote and published A book titled (profesional manual for food and beverages practitionals) He jointly registered an hospitality business company named Francmerck Hospitality Nig Ltd with his wife.

Before Securedriver Consult, ‘Yemi was the Resourcing Business Manager of Halogen Security Company Limited. He served as a Senior HR Analyst for Halogen Security Company Limited, Polygraph Examiner (Forensic Psychophysiology). He also workedin the Risk Management Department specialising in Criminal Investigation, Pre and post employment interviews; He was a Senior HR Executive in charge of Recruitment, Training and Development as well as other HR function with Halogen Security and he was also the Business Support Manager to the Deputy Minority Leader, Adamawa State House of Assemble in 2008/2009.
